Media Video Art Proposal

My art piece will be a film focusing on different engines/small engine machines. It will be a collection of different shots and audio clips of engines being used such as snow-blowers and lawnmowers all taken by me/my partner. We will remove all the audio and attempt to recreate it vocally, manipulating the vocals on Logic by layering and looping tracks. This will represent how peoples lives are to machines; they have a task/job in life and they work on it until they are no longer able to, and break down/retire. I will use long shots of the same machine doing its job and drag on most scenes to an uncomfortably long length. There will be little to no camera movement.

Materials/engines/stuff: a car, a lawnmower, a furnace, snow-blower(s), small electric motor
